All products are only tested on people, our product is vegan.

1. Can I edit my shipping address?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible! We will try our best to process your request! If you have received a tracking email, unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You can try contacting USPS directly to intercept the package
2. What if my package gets returned?
If you package gets "returned to sender" we will be in touch to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm your address and pay again for shipping (note that this may be more expensive than your original payment).
3. What if I need to modify my order?
Regretfully we are unable to modify your order once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
4. I haven’t received my tracking email?
Always check your spam folder first, if it's not there email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
5. My order status says delivered but I do not have my order, can I get a refund?
If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it (i.e. lost package), regretfully we are not able to honor a refund, please contact your local mail carrier for further assistance.
6. I got my body polish, can I return my product?
For product safety reasons all sales are final, this is inclusive of all products and merchandise. We accept refunds or exchanges, for items damaged in transit or items that are defective. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. You must return the item to us, we do not pay for shipping labels. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item. When submitting for an exchange send us an email at email@example.com with the order number, picture of the product(s), and we will do everything to help you out!
